Just a quick question regarding carp bait.?

Hi, I live near Lake Michigan and as a lot of you probably already know the carp in there are large and plentiful and given a certain amount of patience they are willing biters. I just have one problem. I've been using a commercial bait called "Uncle Josh Carp Bait" There's no doubt it's a good bait because it's bright colored, releases scent into the water nicely and it's easy to form into a dough-ball but the particular container of bait I bought was pretty soft and it's very hard to get it to stay on the hook. On the back of the tub it says that if the bait is too soft to mix it with fine dirt. I might try that as a last resort but in the mean time I'm searching for alternate methods. Does anybody know how to make an affective homemade carp bait that's nice and firm? You know, soft enough to be appealing to the fish but firm enough that it will stay on the hook with ease and withstand intense casting? Not that this is too huge a problem but I'm also looking for a bait that's appealing to carp but also something that those annoying nibbling sunfish will ignore and not destroy. Is there also a way that I could maybe keep the bait I already have on the hook easier? Maybe I should use regular bread dough, it seems pretty strong, would it work? Are carp attracted to large night crawlers? I know they work for catfish and they are almost guaranteed to stay on the hook but the sunfish and gobies would probably tear them up before the carp ever got to them. Well anyway thanks, I'm hoping to head out to the marina in again today so if there's a bait I could prepare in just a few hours that would be nice. My bf's uncle lives in the house with us and he has always ate way to much. Like binge eating, compulsive eating.... he eats things like karo syrup and brown sugar, just to be eating it. He might only eat once a day but when he does eat its enough for 5 or6 people to live off of all week. The other day, I went to a fundraiser concert for my cousin who was in a car crash a couple of months ago. After the concert, my family and I met a woman who's son had played at the concert that evening. When she met me, she said, "So this is the famous Arianna!". After they had talked, we said our goodbyes (I turned around and gave a goodbye wave to him, and he had been looking my way as I walked away), we left, and I had learned that he is 17yrs old. I think some of the forced perspective photos are interesting. The ones that make real scenes look like they came from a train model. But, nothing new under the sun, right? It sells more coffee table books to come up with a slightly different angle, and moment, and juxtaposition, and call it a new perspective, so people who don't have a ton of photography experience will buy them, and pay for the artist's flat and film, than labeling it: 'Hackneyed old stuff that you've seen a hundred times before, please pay for my recycled old tat.' - doesn't it? :)

I am 49 yr old male, started to build credit for my uncle back in 2006 (with his verbal permission of course) He declared Bankruptcy in VA back in 2000 and now lives outside of USA Since 2006 I have worked with his newly acquired cards and made purchases and made on time payments until December of 2010 when I lost my job and was not able to make remaining unpaid balance on 2 cards totaling $15,000 payments. My first question to you is this, you mentioned that this smell only started a few weeks ago, is it possible that in that time you have started using a new product in your hair routine? Cause that could possibly have an effect on your scalp and the smell... You may also want to purchase a more expensive brand of shampoo, as great as Herbal Essences smells, its really not a great shampoo for hair. Perhaps try an organic shampoo or something like that, I personally enjoy Bed Head products and have never noticed anything negative with that, however if that is too expensive perhaps try Tresemme. Greasy foods can cause your body to produce not nice smelling oils that come out through the pores on your skin (including your scalp). Also, try not applying to coconut oil on your roots, that could be "clogging" your pores, which isn't allowing your scalp to breathe properly, perhaps trapping your natural oils inside. I hope this was helpful in some way or another.

Okay, well my names Carson, I met this boy named Travis in 3rd grade who bullied me which included getting beat up and a lot of name calling and just drama, this lasted all the way threw middle and high school. We got a protection order against him that's good for 3 years! He can't come near anyone in the house hold. So far things are going really good for me for once in my life. But will he go away for good you all think?

i saw an article on aspergers and it said they are visual thinkers. Then i noticed im a visual thinker if theres anybody with aspergers can you tell me if this is your thought process. Ok if somebody is talkin to me explaining something i visualize what they are saying im not doing it on purpose its automatic. But when i need to take a shower my mind usually gets the urge i need to shower first from the way my body feels then i think about my shower then i hear my internal voice say "i need to shower" all within the same second. I dont have detailed visuals i cant remember exactly what things look like just like the concept i can remember faces really good though. I also read people with aspergers see pictures theyve already seen when i imagine something like say a dog its not a dog ive seen before its just a made up dog in my head with a black background. My Viza Viper gas scooter stops when riding! Help!?

I have a 33cc viza viper gas scooter. I recently got a new gas tank. The Company does not make them anymore so I had to get a different one and had to get my uncle who works at a repair shop to put a wedge or something since it didint fit. When I got the new tank on. It worked GREAT. They put a new racing sprocket in, tuned it up and sprayed something on the chain. I rode my scooter alot after the repair. I probably wasted like 10 miles on gas. Well anyway i started noticing the scooter jerking as if it where stopping, it would still accelerate but at certain times it would make those dying noises.Any scooter owners know when they are out a gas there scooter like jerks and starts slowly dying. well MY scooter started to go that. But its different because my tank was half full. Well it got worse later on, and from this day Every time I start It it dies in 15 seconds or less. I feel exactly like this. My great aunt Anne might die at any time in the next couple of days and no one feels like celebrating any thing. Question about A/C system on Ford Explorer?

2000 Ford Explorer with the 4.0 and automatic transmission. 140,000 miles. Okay, sometimes the A/C works, and sometimes it doesn't. It first started getting finicky when going down the highway. Acceleration from 40-55 or so would completely kill the A/C system as in it would still blow air but it would be warm. Now it's staring to blow warm air at random. Most of the time it's still cold but just has hick ups where it's warm. When it's cold though, it's cold. I'm having a debate with her stupid uncle because he's saying the system needs to be recharged. I say NO! It's the compressor or the clutch that's going bad. I don't love myself and don't like my family?

I've been really depressed lately and it's the summer time I should be happy but I'm not. I have a dysfunctional family and it's kinda sad. I'm also not that popular at school. I've been hanging around with girls all my life and everyone calls me gay. I try to make friends with other boys but they make fun of me bc I don't play sports and I like Ke$ha. My mom is overprotective and never let's me do anything and my dad died when I was 3 and I don't remember him much. My uncles a drug dealer and my grandmas a gamboholic and I don't know my dads side of the family bc they think my mom killed him but he killed himself. Our family fights a lot and it's even worse bc we have a small family and we shouldn't fight. And for me, school is hell. A lot of people think I'm weird and I get called gay a lot ever since 4th grade. Last year it got to bad at school of everyone calling me gay and bullying me that I transferred to a different school and its just as bad. I try to change myself to fit in but I feel so out of place and it's an awkward situation so I just don't try anymore. I purchased a Toshiba laptop running Windows 7. It recently got a virus. So reset it to get rid of the virus. Now whenever I try to change my desktop wallpaper it doesn't work. When I try to set one of my saved pictures by right clicking and selecting to set it as my desktop background, nothing happens. When I do the same thing from the internet, a warning comes up saying "access denied." I'm really frustrated by this. I tried finding the solution on various websites and they all say to go to run and to type gpedit.msc. I can't find it. So then I tried to find some "group policy" or something and I couldn't find it. Can anyone help me. Is there some place in settings to change the wallpaper settings. Im ver confused and frustrated. Hi :D I also have Optic Nerve Hypoplasia. I am 27 years old and live in Australia. Unfortunately, there are no ways in terms of eye exercises you can do to strengthen your vision, as the condition has nothing to do with your eyes, nor your brain. It has to do with the nerves which connect them. You say you suffer from Nystagmus? I just looked it up and it means involuntary movements of the eyes, which quite possibly might explain your eye turning in. Looking at laptops and desktop computer screens can put quite a fair bit of strain on your eyes, depending on your computer's settings. I have my desktop computer set up so that pretty much everything is easy for me to see, and it's a touchscreen one so if I can't see where the mouse is I can touch whatever it is that I want to select and away I go. Your vision score would definitely be more like 20/80 as standard vision is 20/20. I understand what you mean by things getting a bit blurry sometimes when they are far away and when print is too small to read. As for getting your mom to understand the degree of sight you have, try this: When you're out next, let it be on the way to the supermarket or to school, tell her when you can read approaching street signs or store names. I do that when I try to explain to people how far I can see with my right (good) eye. As for my left eye, I explain to people that all I can see is a mass of colors, with little or no definition. I can make out movement, but nothing else. Do you receive help at school? If you do let them know what fonts and what font sizes are easier for you to read. Maybe even consider getting in touch with the American Foundation for the Blind or ask your doctor or school counsellor if there are any other organizations out there that may be able to help you out more than I have.They might be able to help explain it all to you and your mom, too. Hello Tanin. Do you remember me? I asked you to read my poem recently. I see that you've posted this poem three times . . . Well, I will give you feedback to the best of my ability. I always enjoy reading your poems, and I see you have a very nice skill with writing. My ear tells me that English is not your first language . . . You've used some verbs in a strange way. What do you mean by "And sweet rain being do I scram."? I like your use of "scram" to rhyme with "am." Do you mean that the cloud goes away after it rains? The poem is very nice to read and, as always, sounds very nice. I like the meaning of the poem--the cycle of weather--and find it very clear to comprehend. My only criticism for your concept is that the poem does not quite say what I would like to hear. That could be because we have different taste in poetry. I like modern poets--Ezra Pound, W B Yeats. My suggestion would be to connect the weather to the lives of people, but you may disagree. If you're happy with the message of the poem, my only comment is that sometimes your lines have unusual punctuation and word choice. "Says the little cloud, fleeting / Under the heaven wide." Does this refer to the preceding line? These issues are not very important though. But to me, the poem does not seem finished.

(LONG BUT COPE WITH ME) My grandma had been sick 4 sometime. Dr finally found out wat was wrong & had back surgery. My oldest aunt is the one who always took my grandma to the dr appointments. since I am currently unemployed (by choice). I have decided to go along with them to dr appointments. I was once a translator for drs & patients for after hr services. my aunt thought it would be a good idea if i started to come to all the appt. i didnt mind i like helping my grandma & anyone who needs translating. by the time of my gmas surgery they needed someone who spoke english&knew my gmas med hitory. all my aunts & uncles & my grandpa dont speak english. and my grandma is 82 & illiterate. so i said i can go in with her. i was with her for about 3 hrs translating, signing papers and explaining things to my gma. was with her in preop room.saw her go in the operating room. surgeon called me on cell to let me know how everything went when surgery was over etc. ive been following up with the drs. i am practically the only person who knows dr names and her rx info. there were some complications in my gmas surgery & in order to save her life they had to put in a IVC filter. i explained to my gma and she said its fine sweety sign...i did. everything was a success! I noticed my uncle the youngest of my gmas children started acting distant & stopped talking to me. today he came to my house being quiet and ok... then out of nowhere... he starts telling my aunt and my mom that they should have someone responsible making decisions for their mother! my mom got mad since im her daughter & was like no one is making decisions for mom she is. he said no! one of you guys should be taking care of her.... not someone who is going to change their mind and not be responsible. i said your talking about me and i dont make decisions for my grandma i explain things to her she decides 4 herself... he was like no you make decisions for her. tell her what she needs and what she has to do. it got heated up he started calling names & pointing fingers.i honestly only tell my grandma what the doctors tell her to do... which is to walk & not be laying down all the time because she needs the exercise.i tell her to eat because she doesn't really eat. i tell her to wear her back brace. etc. my gma doesnt want to she says shes too weak still ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH... she refuses to do any exercises complains about pains & doesnt want to leave the house without her wheelchair. BUT she tells my uncles & doctors she feels no pain at all that shes fine now & exercises & lies pretty much. i tell her doctors what she tells me.dr said its common her old age scared of getting sent back to hospital but they have ordered transportation for her so she doesnt get up from wheel chair when going to dr appts & i dont drive so its easier for me to go w/her & not depend on anyone giving us a ride. he volunteered (my uncle)to help her & encourage her to walk by coming over every day. something he hasnt done i told him he can but that the physical therapist was going to start coming soon bcus thats something the surgeon ordered in home physical therapy. Alright, I have TONS of family in L.A., I might be going there this weekend, which I dread doing because they don't like my dog. My dog gets along fine with all my little cousins, but my teenage cousins think he's "disgusting" and are afraid of him. My dad is very strict about me taking out my dog when we're in L.A., usually he has to stay inside in a tiny space (well for him) He's a jack russell and does not do well staying indoors all day. Sometimes my parents will take him to play with my uncles dog. My dog is very very attached to me and i love him very much, and I show alot of affection to him. Ex; ill kiss him on the head and let him lick my face. My family has that mentality that animals are suppose to be treated like crap, so they think my affection for him is nasty.
