I opened my laptop up and this came up (below). Someone help to get out of this screen!?

Usually bios flash is from a floppy, thus FAT16 format. That could be the reason why cannot read the file. But, I have never had an auto-install bios show up in all of my computer hacking. Even if the update happened you would have all the factory defaults. Try to get into the SETUP and change to Defaults to see if you get a boot into desktop.
