Samsung intensity not turning on it says USB download bootblock version?

its getting me really frustrated. i accidently got some water on my samsung verizon intensity and the buttons wouldnt work so i took the battery out and it was wet so i dried the phone and the battery but now i try to turn it on and it says USB download on the top and on the bottom it says bootlock version:ver u458:CL31.1 what do i do plz help
