Can you help me restore my phone?

My phone's battery fell out and my screen is now completely white. i tried to take the battery out and put it back in but it doesn't work and i turned off and back on and still doesn't work. im thinking about letting my phone die and then charge it all the way. my phone still kinda works like it will call people but it still has the white screen. does any body know what i should do should i let my phone die and then charge it all the way or are there any more suggestion out there for me and does any body if the memory could be stored back evan though it is not on a sd card. thank you ver much
